Kale Chou Moullier Thousand Headed

There are huge health benefits to eating Kale. The succulent mild flavour makes it a good addition to salads and stir fries. It can also be juiced or baked into kale Chips. Plant in late summer/autumn for heading in early spring as plants do not handle extreme heat. Kale is a short season crop that can handle frost well once established.

Fairly flat leaves with a small curl at edges. Medium green with fat stems that are juicy and tender. Pick leaves from bottom of stem. Plant will reward you with a succession of new leaves growing above those that have already been picked.
