Delicate, curly leaves resemble carrot tops. Transplanting is difficult due to tap root system of plant.
One of the French “Fines Herbes” . A very delicate herb related to parsley. Used to falvour mild dishes and tastes like a cross between tarragon and parsley. Because of delicate flavour add as garnish just before end of cooking.
