Cabbage Chinese

Cabbage is a gross feeder and benefits from lots of compost and fertilizer. Sowings can be done from July-August; November and January – March. This will allow for continuous production almost year round with heads forming during the cooler months.

Grows like a Cos lettuce but has a fine delicate sweetish flavour. Combines the flavour of cabbage with the texture of lettuce. Used fresh in salads or boiled as greens
