Wings of Inspiration Care Centre is a registered Non-Profit Company, Co. Registration 2016/387683/08. This organisation is run from different centres around South Africa helping 404 people in various difficult and sometimes complicated situations. Wings of Inspiration thrives to make a difference in our society by being that hand people can turn to.
Wings of Inspiration Care Centre is divided into 8 different organisations running under one NPC namely:

- Wings of Inspiration Day Care Centre in Krugersdorp
- Wings of Inspiration Elderly Care Centre in Randfontein
- Wings of Inspiration Frail Care Centre in Randfontein
- Wings of Inspiration Play School in Mpumalanga
- Wings of Inspiration Tharollo’s Nursery School and Soup Kitchen in Durban Deep on a Saturday
- Wings of Inspiration Tharollo’s Day Care and Aftercare
- Wings of Inspiration Men’s sober Home in Rooderport
- Wings of Inspiration Rehabilitation Centre Northriding
- Wings of Inspiration Dog Rescue Centre & Sezer Boarding in Northriding
